Genuine experiences

Where reviews are available, you may submit an account of your own experience with a broker. Explain the relevant service, approximate dates, what happened and what remains unresolved. Use your own words. Distinguish direct observations from opinions and information received from others. You may use a display name that does not reveal your legal name, provided it does not impersonate another person.

Content we do not accept

We do not accept fabricated experiences, reviews posted for payment or another incentive, reviews commissioned by a broker or competitor, undisclosed conflicts of interest, duplicate campaigns or manipulated review information. This rule applies to positive and negative reviews alike. We do not offer rewards for favourable reviews or permit a broker to buy removal of criticism.

We also prohibit unlawful threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, personal contact or financial details, malicious links, advertising, referral links, unsolicited recovery offers and allegations presented as established criminal facts without adequate support. Describe the experience rather than publishing private details about individual staff or other customers. Critical opinions are not rejected merely because they are unfavourable.

Checks before publication

A person reviews contributions before publication for relevance, clarity, prohibited information and signs of manipulation. We may compare the account with available information or ask a limited follow-up question. If evidence is needed, we explain what is necessary and request redacted information through an appropriate channel. Never send passwords or payment credentials.

Moderation is not a guarantee that every factual statement has been independently verified. Published experiences are labelled as user statements. They do not change official regulatory findings, and a publication label must not be presented as proof that the transaction or allegation is verified.

Decisions and editing

We may publish, request clarification, decline, temporarily restrict or remove a contribution. We record the reason. We may redact personal information without changing the substance; for a material rewrite we seek your agreement or ask you to resubmit. We do not rewrite a critical experience into a favourable one.

Where we have contact details, we explain a refusal or restriction, the relevant rule, any important factual basis and the way to challenge it, subject to legitimate confidentiality and legal restrictions. Automated tools may assist security or triage, but a human makes the publication decision.

Reporting and challenging content

Use a Report control where available, the website contact form or info@tradadvise.com. Include the exact content location and concern. The Complaints and Appeals Policy explains the process. A broker or other affected party may provide a response or correction, assessed under the same accuracy and privacy rules; there is no automatic right to reveal a contributor's private contact information.

Repeated misuse and removal requests

We may apply proportionate restrictions to repeated abuse, such as limiting further submissions or blocking a manipulation campaign. We consider seriousness, frequency and legitimate explanations, and give a warning where appropriate unless immediate action is justified. Privacy requests and withdrawal of publication consent are handled under the Privacy Notice. These rules do not remove any statutory remedy.
