Our approach

TradAdvise aims to make its information and tools usable by people with different access needs. Our design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a target, not a claim of independently certified or complete conformance.

We work towards clear headings, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, labelled controls and findings explained through text as well as colour. Device settings, zoom and assistive technologies can affect use, and automated checks alone do not establish that every page is accessible.

Limits and external material

Official documents and external websites may have accessibility limitations beyond our control. Where possible, we provide an understandable text explanation alongside the source link. Translations and technical identifiers can also create usability difficulties. We assess reported barriers and prioritise access to essential information and contact routes.

Contact and alternative access

Email info@tradadvise.com with “Accessibility” in the subject, the page address, the problem and the format or adjustment that would help. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. If useful, describe your browser or assistive technology. We aim to acknowledge requests within five working days and explain what we can do, including an accessible alternative where reasonably available. A legal duty to act sooner still applies.

Review and rights

We review this statement when significant changes or verified accessibility findings arise. This statement does not limit any right available under applicable equality, accessibility or consumer law. It does not claim that every public-sector or e-commerce accessibility regime automatically applies to this free information service.
