Contact routes
Send website complaints, corrections, content reports and moderation appeals to info@tradadvise.com or use the relevant Report or contact form. There is no fee. Put “Correction”, “Content report”, “Appeal”, “Privacy” or “Accessibility” in the subject if helpful; a request is not invalid merely because you use different words. Contact details are used to handle the matter, not published automatically.
Reporting a factual error
Identify the page and statement, explain the error and provide the relevant official source or other reliable information. For a regulatory status, include the exact legal entity, licence or reference and source date where possible. We assess the evidence, distinguish a change after our last check from an error at that time, and make a correction or explain the outcome. Substantiated errors are corrected without requiring payment or a threat of proceedings.
Reporting unlawful or prohibited content
Provide the exact URL or enough detail to locate the item, the reasons you believe it is unlawful or violates a rule, and relevant supporting information. For a formal illegal-content notice, also include your name, email and a good-faith statement that the information and allegations are accurate and complete, except where applicable law dispenses with identifying details. Do not attach illegal material; describe and identify it securely. Do not send images of child sexual abuse. We can consider a safety concern without complete identifying details, although limits on follow-up or a formal process may apply.
How we handle reports
We confirm receipt without undue delay where we have a usable contact channel. We assess reports diligently and objectively, prioritising credible threats, exposed personal information and serious illegality. We may temporarily restrict material while assessing it, seek clarification or preserve relevant evidence privately where lawful. A removal request is not automatically accepted merely because it is made by the subject of criticism.
We explain the decision, the action taken, the relevant policy or legal ground where appropriate, and available routes to challenge it. Where automated means materially assist a decision, we disclose their use where required. We may withhold details where disclosure would unlawfully expose personal information, compromise security or breach a legal restriction.
Appeals
You may appeal a moderation decision within six months of being informed of it. Explain which decision you challenge and why, and provide any new information. A person reconsiders the matter. A different reviewer is used where reasonably available; a small operation may have the same person reconsider it and does not claim guaranteed independent adjudication.
We normally aim to provide a reasoned response within 14 days. If more time is needed, we explain the delay and provide an update. These are service targets, not a waiver of a shorter statutory deadline. Privacy requests follow the applicable data-protection timetable. We may reverse, vary or maintain a decision and explain the outcome.
Other remedies
You may approach a competent regulator, data-protection authority, court or other body available under applicable law. Where Digital Services Act rights to certified out-of-court dispute settlement apply, you may use those rights. We do not claim to be an authorised ADR body or to have joined a particular scheme. We do not direct users to the discontinued EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Informal contact with us does not remove other rights or suspend legal time limits automatically.
