Withdrawal problems: what to check

Record the facts
Keep the withdrawal request, date, amount, account terms and every explanation received. Legitimate checks and disputes can occur, so a delay alone does not prove a scam. Ask for the reason and contractual basis in writing. Distinguish documented processing steps from changing excuses and additional deposit demands.
Escalate independently
Verify the contracting entity and complain through its genuine channel. If fraud is suspected, contact your payment provider promptly and follow the regulator or police reporting route for your country. Never pay a new recipient merely to unlock a balance shown on screen. A displayed profit is not evidence that withdrawable funds exist.
A focused complaint is easier to assess
State when the request was submitted, what amount remains outstanding, what reason was given and what resolution you seek. Include copies of the relevant terms and correspondence with unnecessary details redacted. Keep the complaint about observable events; legal labels and public accusations do not replace the missing facts.
Separate the balance from the payment trail
Keep evidence of what you actually deposited and what was actually returned, separately from the account’s displayed profit. A screen balance may be disputed or fictitious and is not the same evidence as a bank receipt. List each payment date, recipient and reference. If there were several withdrawals, distinguish completed transfers from pending requests. This lets a bank, investigator or complaint handler understand the financial history without treating every displayed number as a verified loss.
Ask a question that can be answered
Request the withdrawal status, the specific missing requirement, the contractual provision relied upon and the expected next processing step. Ask whether any identity check can be completed through the firm’s authenticated channel. Do not respond to unexplained delays by sending documents to a new private address. If the explanation changes, keep each version and ask why. An unsupported promise of immediate release after another deposit should not replace a written, independently verifiable answer.
Do not wait on a single route
You can pursue a service complaint while separately asking your payment provider about time-sensitive options. Neither route guarantees recovery. Give each recipient consistent facts and tell them which reports have already been made. If you publish a review, describe your own documented experience and redact private information. A public accusation is not a substitute for contacting the institutions able to assess the payment or investigate suspected wrongdoing.
